Horrible they illegally did a hard credit pull, messed up my credit for 2 years and although they admitted they had no right to pull it they refused to fix it...worst banking organization ever I would give them a -20 rating if it were possible..I justcallex to ask about membership and checking..nothing else just an inquiry where I was very clear when they asked for my info that no credit was to be pulled as I was not looking for any credit just asking about the type of checking they offer..terrible organization..they lied at... read more
Worst experience! Just called Cedar Hill locations to find out why the poor Communication with Mortgage Department. The guy that answers as im explaining how hard it is to speak with the loan officer he decided to hang up the phone.Called back the person don't know why it hung up but did he try to call me back Nope! I have tried since June to refinance home.Guess this credit union is not worth your time. Anything to do with a mortgage of any kind is done with email only. I have done business at this Credit Union for about 10 years and have never experienced anything other than Excellent service. On one occasion the representative knew me. She greeted me, talked a little while and told me her colleague would service me. Lastly, I spoke to Ms. Nia Vidal today-she was so pleasant and professional...she literally gave me a big laugh while getting my 🤑 money!!
Something changed at this atm where suddenly my card no longer works. You can literally hear it scrape but i can’t get assistance to get a new one or an answer to what changed 🤷♀️ otherwise use to be great but now i can’t use it
