I have done business at this Credit Union for about 10 years and have never experienced anything other than Excellent service. On one occasion the representative knew me. She greeted me, talked a little while and told me her colleague would service me. Lastly, I spoke to Ms. Nia Vidal today-she was so pleasant and professional...she literally gave me a big laugh while getting my 🤑 money!!
Something changed at this atm where suddenly my card no longer works. You can literally hear it scrape but i can’t get assistance to get a new one or an answer to what changed 🤷♀️ otherwise use to be great but now i can’t use it
