I am so done with this credit union. I have had them for over 10 years and this past year has shown me it’s time to move on. Fraud was detected on my account on Feb 8th. I was told a new card was ordered that day and that it could take anywhere from 10-14 business days to receive the card. I called twice in between those 14 days (2/15 and 2/22) to check on the status of my card.
