Booked a room here and it was a disaster from the start. The room smelt like cooked food and I could clearly hear conversations from the people next door. I went straight back downstairs and explained I wasn’t going to stay. I was told my deposit would be refunded on the spot. That was over a week ago and I’m still waiting. This is a long over due review. I stayed with together co-living for nearly a year. Honestly, I found this place through accommodation, something website. And was impressed at the start. I was given a good discount. I'm thankful, because before I was living in a car while looking for work and studying at the same time. My stay was super nice, starting from a great deal for my group. During the stay we had everything we needed and we were pleasant surprised with the rooms & amenities.
The receptionist who works late nights on weekends has been rude to guests. He uses his phone while on duty and looks angry at guests during check-out. It’s unprofessional and really affects the guest experience.Shoutout to Harold for being nice and helpful during my stay
Loved my stay here! The room was super clean, the staff were so friendly, and the vibe of the hotel just made everything easy and relaxing. Would definitely come back!
