This was the single handed worst hotel I have ever stayed at and it is all down to the poor performance of the staff. They are unhelpful, rude and smug. I had been staying here on and off for several years and am known to the staff, have has inumerable issues, but nothing that outweighed the convenience this location offered. So, the issue is that my ID had expired on February the 6th and I had stayed here half a dozen times since then with no issues, obviously they didn't notice that it was expired. This place deserves no stars. They have no electricity everrrr… you’ll suffer with rotting edibles . Even the service is the worst. I’d recommend NOT coming to this place. Do NOT. There is condemning manager.He makes people uncomfortable. The place is too expensive for the poor service. The Kitchen is shared and always dirty. Don’t stay here/ took me two months to get my deposit back for our stay in feb / sent emails and phone calls to have them transfer back and they keep saying it wouldn’t take it / so I had to travel 3 hrs to Melb and one hr train trip to go and get my money back and then they had no issue butting it back on my card . I was here for a 3-day work trip and it was lovely. Thanks to the team, especially Natalia from Sales. Overall, everything was great, with trains and trams nearby for convenience. I’d definitely come back! :)
We absolutely loved our stay! The location is fantastic to explore Preston and Melbourne, with many amazing restaurants! The view from our room was absolutely stunning!
