The worst accommodation experience I have had, thanks to Jas Mehta, who provided the worst level of customer service I have ever experienced at a "hotel." I do not recommend staying here, and I highly recommend that Jas Mehta is demoted or at the very least, that he receives further training from high end hotels to understand good customer service. This company has now been reported to the ACCC.
You should never stay here under any circumstances. They have no intention of ever returning your $250 deposit, and the facilities, location, and staff’s service were all absolutely terrible. I had the worst experience of my life—truly one of the most regrettable moments of my life I sincerely and strongly hope that this review will help save as many people as possible
Booked in June last year just to be told 3 weeks out from check in that there was a problem with the rates we had booked under and they would be cancelling our booking. Leaving us to find someone 5x the price to stay
With the temperature outside at 35C and AC in the room not switching on at all, I thought the reception team would be more helpful. Yet they did nothing. They sent a technician who took a picture of the AC. No visits from housekeeping either!
