If there is an option of 0 star, I will give it. The company hold the installation about 8 months. And they scheduled the installation on last Tuesday, but never show up. I called the store to reschedule the installation in this morning, but the installation people coming without COI, which I told them twice and sent all the requirements to them.
Please don't shop here . After 55k in spendings 7 months later , my items arrived wrong . Black out for living room 3 windows was installed in two different colors and they didn't notice which I have photos . Items were cut too big for the window after a second time . Guest bedroom black out shades needed were wrong - 2 times the wire was cut short and can not be put on the remote. My son's bedroom Roman shade , fabric was sewed inside out . This is a magnificent business. The greatest customer service in the world. They treat you like family. I just received my gorgeous sofa cushions. The fabric and workmanship is impeccable. They always go the extra mile. Tony is the best agent I've ever worked with. Tell them I sent you!
