Used TOG, Rob Lane owner, to do a Dam restoration project in our lake community. It was a horrible experience. Ended up in court. In my personal opinion I would recommend anyone interested in hiring TOG, ATOG, or TOG NorthEast do their due diligence before hiring Robert Lane, or his engineer friends. I wish I had.
