I don’t know if there is another townhouse rental property in the region that puts as much emphasis on service excellence as Cooper’s Pond does. The people in the office and in maintenance are extremely responsive to any repair request, most of the times immediately. They are friendly, kind, and professional at the same time. These are good people, I value them immensely. One of them will retire soon, I will miss her kind, smiling face.

Highly recommend renting one of these town homes! Best staff and maintenance crew I've ever had! If I ever needed anything fixed, they were always ready to fix it immediately. They were also really good about working with my schedule to do maintenance since I was a remote worker. Like many others have said in the comments, the grounds were always well taken care of, and snow removal was never an issue. After 5+ years, we only left because we had to move out of state for work. A great place to live, especially if you have pets. Grounds are nicely landscaped and the buildings are arranged in courtyards that provide a sense of privacy. Lots of green space and connecting paths to walk dogs. Office and maintenance staff are very professional and responsive, and also make you feel welcome. Buildings and grounds are well-maintained, including snow removal. It's quiet but also convenient to shopping and university.

I absolutely loved my stay at Cooper's Pond! Unfortunately I had to move out of the area due to work, but everything about my stay was pleasant. Michele in the leasing office is wonderful & answered all of my questions. Even though I had to move last minute, they were completely understanding & very transparent throughout the process. Would recommend!
