I have called upon Toftoy Plumbing several times in the past few years to include last week. York always responds quickly and the fact he is a Master Plumber is evident in his workmanship not his pricing. If you want the job done right call Toftoy. I can’t give him high enough praise.

Did not arrive on day we were told he would. Then he put in a faulty piece that cracked leading to our basement pumping out sewage into our finished basement that had brand new carpreting. Still waiting for him to make this right. Can I give no stars?

Needed four faucets installed and leaky drains fixed. Called Toftoy because had great service in the past. Unfortunately, this time I was not as satisfied. He was no call-no show for the first appointment. I had to call to reschedule (waiting over the weekend) and he was no call-no show for the second appointment. I had to call him again. Finally showed up on the third appointment. He refused to give an estimate. So I paid $200 for the kitchen faucet and drain repair.
