We are incredibly grateful to the veterinary team, Dr. Emily Muncs, Alex, and Kat, for the compassion, kindness, and dignity they showed our family when we had to say goodbye to our beloved GSD girl. Dre Émily nous a si bien servi. À peine quelques minutes après avoir reçu le dossier médical de notre Maggie, elle en possédait déjà les éléments clés. Elle nous a appelé pour un suivi le lendemain matin, nous l'avons grandement apprécié. Tout le personnel de la clinique a été chaleureux, profesionnel et empreint de compassion. Nous avons l'impression qu'une bonne étoile nous a mené à eux dans ce moment stressant avec Maggie ou nous avons bien eu peur que ce soit la fin. Du fond du coeur : Merci ❤️
Horrible veterinary, complete rip off. Kept trying to sell me their dog food which gave my dog diarrhea for a month. Charged me $95 just to shave a small hotspot ( inch by inch area) and did not do a treatment on it. He was very rude when I asked for my money back or at least half because $95 is ridiculous for a small shave and no treatment. He finally said he would return $40 but could not do a refund to my bank card because it would cost him a fee so I had to drive back to the vet to get my $40…. ( I live in Ucluelet). We ... read more

We went to Dr. Barry and the team for my large dog’s routine check-up, which went well. Also, we recently had a bit of an emergency and had to bring him in on short notice. I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to fit us into the schedule. I also appreciate that items I brought up (that I could have easily been convinced to spend money on) weren't pushed as necessary (like x-rays, teeth cleaning, or additional vaccines).
