Horrible veterinary, complete rip off. Kept trying to sell me their dog food which gave my dog diarrhea for a month. Charged me $95 just to shave a small hotspot ( inch by inch area) and did not do a treatment on it. He was very rude when I asked for my money back or at least half because $95 is ridiculous for a small shave and no treatment. He finally said he would return $40 but could not do a refund to my bank card because it would cost him a fee so I had to drive back to the vet to get my $40…. ( I live in Ucluelet). We ... read more

We went to Dr. Barry and the team for my large dog’s routine check-up, which went well. Also, we recently had a bit of an emergency and had to bring him in on short notice. I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to fit us into the schedule. I also appreciate that items I brought up (that I could have easily been convinced to spend money on) weren't pushed as necessary (like x-rays, teeth cleaning, or additional vaccines). I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic. I’m a new client, and love how every visit feels thoughtful and unrushed. I always leave feeling confident that my pet is truly cared for.
