Fantastic service, fabulous caring staff on all levels. As a visitor from overseas, my overnight admission was dealt with compassion, professionalism and reassurance. Many thanks for the care I received in September 2024 A hospital to be very proud of Tofino. Dr Foerster is lovely.

I had the unfortunate experience of a nasty fall on the rocks at Hot Springs Cove — face-planted on a boulder, and suffered a possible broken nose(still too swollen to know), split lip, broken wrist and sprained ankle. The ambulance met us at the docks, and were reassuring and gentle and got me to the hospital ASAP. The ER staff received me quickly and got me settled. God bless the staff here, we are so lucky to have such caring folks take care of our small town. They are usually under staffed and have a very old facility and yet they show up and do amazing work every day. Thank you Tofino General Hospital for all you do, literally life savers.
