This was by far the worst customer experience I’ve had. The woman at the front desk on weekends is incredibly rude, impatient, and unhelpful. I’ve been to their Broadway location, where the staff is always friendly, but this location is completely different. Last week, they canceled my appointment because the staff was sick, which I understood. But this week, when I was stuck in traffic and asked for a little flexibility, they flat-out refused.
