I called by accident, meaning to call my regular massage place. Good customer service could have turned the situation in to something positive and have me trying something new. The person responded with "no it's toe to soul" and hung up on me without a moment to respond. They could have said something like "would you like to give us a shot, can I book you in?" I probably would have said yes.
I just had one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. My neck and shoulders have really been bothering me for about a week. I decided to try this place again because the price was very reasonable and I’ve never had a negative experience. Today I had a man named Harry and he was so incredibly amazing!! Strong hands! He just knew the exact pressure I needed and exactly what my body needed. I can’t believe the difference I feel after a 45 minute massage. Can’t wait to go back!
