I have been to this location several times and have always been happy with the service and atmosphere but on my last visit I noticed an unfortunate change. I had a booking with a friend for both of us for the 50 minute foot reflexology and she had an upper back massage as well so they booked us to have treatments at separate times. Let me make it clear and simple. I frequent this establishment. Always a treat and a dream to visit the lovely and awesome individuals who make my week all the time. The best part of my week is coming here. Never any issues until today. A older grey haired male therapist who normally works at the other location worked here today. This male therapist was extremely rude and disrespectful. Violated my rights to speak. Have been experiencing shoulder and neck pain for the past few weeks and was unable to see my RMT. Randomly booked a 30 min appt here and got Salman and he was great. Very strong and helped target my pain areas. Helped resolved my pain and left feeling lighter. Would definitely go back to him.
