Carmela, my treatment coordinator, had one of the calmest voices I have encountered. I liked how they took photos of my facial structures as well, not just the digital impressions and x-rays. They also had this app and equipment which is said to make my experience convenient and they can check my progress without me having to go in-person. They showed me videos about Invisalign vs braces. Great experience on my first day, getting my attachments on and my first tray wi the Dex. They also have advanced technology which makes checking progress easy. Highly recommend Dr. Todor and his staff! Super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
Been coming here for 3 years to Dr. Todor, he has been guiding me to a better smile. Him and his team are so friendly and helpful. They have always been able to squeeze me in when something happened. I can't recommend them enough!
Did 2.5 years of Invisalign with them, mainly to fix crossbite. Office is run pretty well and everyone is friendly. Dr. Todor does a good job. Only concern was that it took longer than expected and each time they hinted that these were the last trays but then there kept on being more adjustments. The desire for perfection is good but I would have appreciated the management of expectations that it would take longer than the original estimate (1.5 to 2 years).
Dr. Toror, Dex, and Carmela were great at explaining the whole Invisalign process, and got me set up very quickly, overall a great experience!
