Amazing experience! My warranty company was taking forever to approve my repair, and Todo Auto Repair was honest and transparent the entire time. They already had my part and were ready to do the work the delay was completely on the warranty company. Since I needed my car back quickly, she worked with me on a price that fit my budget so I didn’t have to keep waiting. Great customer service, great pricing, very friendly, and very understanding. I truly appreciated the honesty and communication. Highly recommend!
These are the type of mechanics that’s going to tell u something extra is “wrong” to get more money. Took my car to another mechanic & they let me look at the parts to show me these ppl lied!
Good service
I usually go to the dealership for my car but they couldn't get me in until Monday. I went up to Todo got a estimate for my brakes and rotors. He gave me a price for the top of the line and average parts cost. I asked when can they do the work he said today. I gave him the keys and was out in less than 2 hours. William and his crew are great. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend their shop to people I know. Great work for a good price. I am glad I went there for the brakes and rotors for my car.
I took my car to this shop I had to continuously bring it back for the same work over and over again and the owner was not pleased with that I do not recommend the shop to anyone it is a ripoff
