We scheduled a estimator to come out and take measurements and give us a quote. This was over three weeks ago and they still haven’t given us anything. No communication at all. I called them this afternoon and they said that they’d get right back to me. No apologies for the delay or anything like that. Have they gotten back to me? Nope. Nothing. Extremely unprofessional. Super disappointing. We’re going to go with another outfit.
