13th street .. Address is incorrect ... real address is .. 2350 n beardall sanford, fl.. much better space.. easy to maneuver .. don't drive right into the dock area .. you have to stop at the end of the driveway, park, then go into front entrance to check and sign in.
Nice little place, people are pretty nice too
