We had an excellent experience with Todd's Services in Traverse City (as we have with their location in Hamburg). Levi and Aaron from the T.C. office were especially helpful, friendly, and professional. They worked HARD to make sure that the job was done right, and they maintained great communication with us throughout the project, offering helpful advice and listening closely to our requests. I am extremely pleased with the work and the finished product provided by Todd's Services. They were on time, worked hard each day, exhibited professionalism and respect for myself and my property, and definitely listened to my concerns. Everything was cleaned up, cleared up and the follow up was outstanding. I worked with Derrick, Chris, Cole and his team. 5 Stars all the way.

If you have a chance to hire Todd’s, run do not walk! Don and Joe did a fantastic job for us. They encouraged our questions, provided us with answers and were very polite. They completed our job in the time allotted and cleaned up the yard before they left. Super guys!

Don D. and his Traverse City crew were awesome. They kept my property clean while working on my large hardscaping project, and they communicated with me during the whole process. Work was completed on time, follow up visit from project manager was promptly conducted, and the "tweaks" I requested were also conducted promptly. Design process was thorough and end product was well executed. Highly recommend this company.
