This is the second time I have tried this place. I cant seem to get anyone to even look at my car. They make appointments but then when you show up, it's the old delay tactic. If they told me I would need a ride home even with an appointment I would have made plans for that. No they didn't do that. They told me to be a little early for my appointment and then tell me it will be 3 to 5 hours before they can even look at it. Ten years ago, they were a great place; I wouldn't have recommended anyone else in the county. Today, they cost me over $18,000 at another shop because the parts they put in were defective, and they refuse to own up to it. These guys will rip you off an put junk parts in your car just to get it off the lot, and then you're on your own. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Went in for oil change and was told that I had a leak in my water pump it was going to be 3200 hundred dollars to fix it. Had it checked out by another mechanic he said it was fine. Kept eye on temperature gauge no changes. Car driving good no problems. Been to Kentucky several times. Be ware of this car repair shop. This happened on 04/11/2025. Just wanted to update.
