Dropped my truck off after alignment shop said they couldn't find the reason my truck was darting left to right. They thought it was my steering box.I explained everything to Todds and left a note on my dash to verify the repair because it was $1300+. I picked it up and it was still doing the darting. sam is a fantastic technician he got my electrical problems solved in a timely manner, would highly suggest him to work on your vehicle!
BEWARE! They messed up my truck and REFUSE to contact me back or refund any money even though they charged me over $1500 for “repairs”. You all should be ashamed of yourselves, KNOWING that you’re doing this to a single mother. Shame on you. I even had the New mechanic Reach out to them to explain what would need to be done again and in-addition to what they caused. Nothing. I guess I’d be embarrassed of the work I do and how I treat women and mothers too.
I really liked this place at first. I took my truck in for diagnostics and ended up having to go back several times for issues that were never a thing before I came there. They cracked my valve cover repairing gaskets (I know this happens sometimes) But it’s been one thing after another going wrong since I’ve been in just to get diagnostics to get my truck road trip ready and make sure she’s good.
