Awful! Horrible! My eyebrows are completely ruined. Because I am not a regular customer, but a drop by, they DID NOT CARE that my eyebrows were ruined. The owner would not return my calls, my emails, and the receptionist had the audacity to say "well, what do you expect us to do now, your eyebrows are already done, it can't be fixed" WOW.
