Todd called me shortly after I left him a message and scheduled a visit at my earliest convenience. He was punctual and did a thorough analysis of my issue, tested the repair and was reasonable about price. Followed up with me a week later again to confirm repair. Look no further for RV service and repair in this area, Todd is old school customer service at its best.

AC was on the fritz during our stay at Villages at Turning Stone. Called Stodd in the morning. He has it up and running in the afternoon. Very good communication. Awesome scheduling. Thorough examination of the issue. And, he knows his stuff!

Called Todd's # and spoke with a woman who was taking calls, had a ring back in 20 minutes. Todd came out later that evening after some other business, diagnosed my issue as a bad electrical board and had another reconditioned one on hand, less $$ + no waiting, was back up and running. Will use again, good experience with this business.
