AC was on the fritz during our stay at Villages at Turning Stone. Called Stodd in the morning. He has it up and running in the afternoon. Very good communication. Awesome scheduling. Thorough examination of the issue. And, he knows his stuff!

Todd was terrific he was there when I needed him most checked out the water heater he is very knowledgeable and a very nice guy

Called Todd's # and spoke with a woman who was taking calls, had a ring back in 20 minutes. Todd came out later that evening after some other business, diagnosed my issue as a bad electrical board and had another reconditioned one on hand, less $$ + no waiting, was back up and running. Will use again, good experience with this business.

I used Todd in the summer of ‘22 He was great. Attempted to contact him this summer via text and voicemail and didn’t receive any response at all. Not sure he’s still in business but the voicemail greeting seemed to indicate he is. If so, his customer service experience is less than zero. And I won’t be trying to contact him again. If not it’s a shame. He was a knowledgeable and personable individual.
