Called Todd's # and spoke with a woman who was taking calls, had a ring back in 20 minutes. Todd came out later that evening after some other business, diagnosed my issue as a bad electrical board and had another reconditioned one on hand, less $$ + no waiting, was back up and running. Will use again, good experience with this business.

I used Todd in the summer of ‘22 He was great. Attempted to contact him this summer via text and voicemail and didn’t receive any response at all. Not sure he’s still in business but the voicemail greeting seemed to indicate he is. If so, his customer service experience is less than zero. And I won’t be trying to contact him again. If not it’s a shame. He was a knowledgeable and personable individual.

I cannot rate this company except to say emails, phone messages and texts requesting his service, were never answered. My husband sent requests, as did I, and got absolutely no response.
