Called Tod Rv to fix my heater and a leak in my never showed, when I called the lady told me she forgot to put me on tje schedule. She said she would v Call Tod and see see if he could come out that week never heard back, called todays later, she said my wife was on the phone yelling at Tod while we was talking my wife was standing right next to me and was not on the phone, she insisted she ask if they had her cell number and she said no,and couldn't tell how they got intouch with then told another story Caught her in three ... read more

Traveling to a long-term stay location in Florida, our slide out on our RV stopped working. As a result, we were unable to access our bedroom and necessary items. Made a late afternoon call to Todd’s Reliable Repair Service and he was there promptly the next morning. He had to crawl under the trailer and work on the issue and was able to get us back on the road with confidence. Our slide out is now working perfectly. I highly recommend Todd for his capabilities and friendly nature. Thank you Todd and staff.

I see why all the one stars for not showing up. Todd and Tony showed up back in December to "look at" what I needed... gave me a quote and said they'd come out "next week". Didn't show... was told 2 more times by Tony "next week"... still never showed. Do NOT waste your time or money with this company!!
