A Plus Plus I scheduled the appointment with Karen to have someone come out and clean our carpets. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process and great to deal with. Todd came out to clean our carpets and rugs, and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Excelent all around Initial contact on phone was informative and up front about product used and what could be expected. Todd arrived on time and got right to work. My carpets are off white and had a lot of grey streaks due to high traffic. So my expectations were that those grey areas would remain. To my surprise... Surpasses expectations My first and only choice as a Boise carpet cleaner. Todd has always done such an amazing job on our carpets we couldn't imagine having our home done by anyone else.
Fast Service!! Needed my old place cleaned before i could get deposit back. Todd was able to get me in same week and did great work.
AAA+++ Carpets turned out great! I thought i had no chance with some of the stains i had wear marks i had in my house. They were able to come out and make things look as good as new!
EXCELLENT Called these guys after a huge glass of red wine was spilled on my carpet. I knew they would be able to make it look good but was surprised when it looked even cleaner then before. The stain 100% disappeared. Great work and a very fair price.
