This establishment has poor craftsmanship. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. They are very unprofessional. I bought my ring from here. Once I brought issues about the ring to their attention, they had many excuses and told me they want me happy with it, while pushing me out the door without fixing it. It looks terrible and I’m really unhappy. Go somewhere else in the area. Ed & Ethel's Fine Jewelry is a great jeweler.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A RING FROM THIS JEWLER!!!!!!! Do not make the same mistake we did!! I bought an engagement ring for my fiancé two weeks ago. During the two weeks, we had to get the ring resized 4 times. We originally ordered a size 6, which is the size Todd put on the invoice order. When we received the ring it was too big so we took it back to Todd’s jewelry. He measured it on the ring sizer madrel at a size 7. Such a great experience getting my engagement ring resized here. Everyone was so kind, and they worked with me while we tried to figure out the best sizing. So accommodating and great pricing! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This guy is a fraud, if you have any care for integrity you're better off going anywhere else. My grandmother bought a George branded watch from him 2 months ago for $50, we went to Walmart a few days afterwards and found the same exact watch at Walmart for $11.99. Hes always been a selfish, greedy, pitiful man.
