Brought my 30 year old wedding ring in to get a crack in the band fixed.. They were super friendly, quick, the price was very reasonable, and they had it done the following day.. The repair was absolutely undetectable. And in a addition, they polished out all the scratches and had it looking better than new..
Everyone that works here is super friendly and genuine.
My wife got me a ring from Todd's and it broke. He did everything to fix it and I got the ring back in 3 days with no problems
I took some jewelry I inherited after my mom’s passing to get tested and unfortunately sell to assist in paying for her funeral costs. I had SEVERAL pieces, one of which was a gold chain my mom wore daily and never took off until her death. He said it was sterling with gold coat. I was puzzled but didn’t question. That night I was speaking with my aunt who purchased the chain for her many years ago and she became irate, she told me that chain was 14k and she actually has the paperwork for it still.
