I came in to have my engagement ring resized. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I was told it would be a few days, but got a text just 2hrs later that my ring was ready. This is the first time my ring has ever fit and I’m so glad I chose Todd’s Jewelry to make that happen! I was quoted almost $250 at Kay’s, where the ring was originally purchased, and told it would be 4-6 weeks before I could get it back. Thankfully I decided to shop around!
Had a very nice first-time here! Immediately was greeted with a warm welcome and questions about what I was looking for. Was assisted throughly and listened to throughout my visit. Was very happy with the customer service and product.
Todds is the best jewelry store in the world. The most professional customer service I have ever met..They have fixed and repaired several pieces of jewelry for me . Cleans my rings for free. You couldn't ask for better service.
Todd was fantastic at helping me find a new wedding band that fits my personality AND price range! He even had it resized for me in under 24hrs. We love Todd’s!
