My husband and I, took our battered and to small to fit anymore, wedding rings to get re-sized and made to look like new again. The owner helped us to size and make recommendations to make them look like new again. We went in late on a Monday, and were told they would be ready by Friday, but to our surprise, he called to tell us they were done on Wednesday! Went with a friend to have a ring repaired. They were efficient and completed the job quickly and with excellent results. While there I asked about battery replacements for watches. He said “ Bring them I will fix them” we live in bluefield WV and travelled there today. He replaced all 4 batteries and watches all keeping time. Did work in less than a hour. Can’t say enough about their knowledge and courtesy. Worth the drive.
Went in for a simple watch battery. A service not easily found these days . Treated like I was spending 5k. Quick , easy , pleasant. Highly recommend.
I grew up in Blacksburg, Mom and Dad lived on 114 for 40 years. Mom bought many lovely pieces from Todd's Jewelry. She passed away last October, and I was in Christiansburg just for 2 days visiting my father in law, and Todd and his staff accommodated me with the resizing of some of mom's rings in 2 days!! I dropped them off Wednesday April 15 and I was able to pick them up on Friday April 17 before leaving town ! They are amazing!
So helpful and easy to work with, was able to fix my watch and a vintage bracelet keeping both in great condition. Great prices and people
