I bought a ROTEL CD11 MKii from Todds Hifi after making enquiries with a staff member who highly recommended this CD player. I was happy with the customer service, good price & free delivery.
Todds HiFi sold me a product, as expected, and it arrived in excellent condition. I did have to wait a little while for stock to arrive in-store but Todds conveyed that detail adequately. The delivery date changed a number of times, which, given the attractive nature of the product and the lack of wrapping to disguise the attractive packaging, may have proven problematic to some customers but, fortunately, did not become an issue for me.
