Have purchased a few pieces of gear off these guys….their prices are competitive and the goods have always turned up on time in good condition
Absolutely useless don't know why the guy bothers to get out of bed in the morning. Everything was too much trouble but don't worry JB Hi-Fi was soo helpful. Don't waste your time going there.
Outstanding customer service. I originally ordered a Yamaha STAGEPAS 200, however there was an unexpected supplier allocation issue that delayed the order. Rather than making excuses or leaving me in the dark, Julio contacted me, explained exactly what had happened, apologised, and upgraded my order to the STAGEPAS 200BTR at no extra cost.
