Best contractor/renovator ever. Has great ideas I hadn’t thought about, He did a complete Reno on two bathrooms in my conda, has made custom furniture for my granddaughters room complete with specialized art station and wall to wall gaming center. Changed kitchen cabinets, replaced flooring, built coffee station/wine bar plus many other small items. Never was in my way or left a mess. Extremely satisfied customer
Todd and his crew did a tremendous job renovating 2 bathrooms, replacing our hardwood floors as well as replacing doors and moulding in the fall of 2024. As the project proceeded the scope changed. We discussed the changes and the effect on the cost of the project. Todd also helped by making suggestions to help save money and/or improve the project. Todd is a renovator/contractor extraordinaire! I contracted Todd for the demolition and full renovation of a 30 year old 1500 sq ft condo in June 2023. True too his word, he completed in less than 90 days. As well as having a strong work ethic and well honed skills, he is a perfectionist with a good eye for design and detail.
