The surgeon that saved my life wanted me to go to physical therapy. I requested Reno orthopedic center, their scheduler called me back and said that Reno orthopedic center is not on my insurance but Todd's body shop is and I've been preapproved Todd's body shop lied to Reno surgical associates and then called me and lied to me about being Pre-approved. Dan is amazing! The whole therapy staff is excellent. The only place I go for physical therapy. They individualize each treatment. They take time to address my body as a whole. No cookie-cutter treatment.
