We were loyal patients. Got up early after a hard night of fever, sweats, and 103° fever. Called first thing Monday at 7 am to cancel the 3 pm appt; told we’d still be charged for “no-show.” Said I’d come in contagious instead. They accepted. Money clearly matters more than patient care or staff safety. Do not recommend. I am with VA, and my wife is with Renown. I am going to cancel all further appointments with them because I do not feel safe there. Unbelievable, all for stuffing $100 into their pockets.
