Todd was so helpful in diagnosing and ultimately fixing our faulty Whirlpool dryer. We really only had 2 choices- fix the dryer or replace the entire combo. I really didn’t want to spend $2,000 … so he did everything in his power to find the parts needed to get the job done. Even used a part he had salvaged to do the job for half the cost. Who does that?? He came back the next day, fixed a bunch of other issues, performed “open heart surgery” on it, just to make sure it worked like new. Todd called back right away, and came out same day to fix a dryer door that wouldn't stay closed. Back up and running in no time, and for a very fair price. Couldn't be happier!
