Todd is very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable, very thorough and very committed to "doing-it-right;" willing to "go the extra mile!" Customer satisfaction is his middle name. He is definitely someone you'd want on your "team!"
Both my Wife and I were very pleased with the service that Todd provided with the repair on our gas range. We called him and asked if he would be able to come the same day and as busy as he was he fit us in. He is a professional and polite and you can see that he knows what he is doing. I will use him in the future if ever needed and I will recommend him to anyone that is looking for a repair on their appliance.
Todd is fantastic. First of all, he calls back if you leave him a message...Not only did he diagnose the issue over the phone with me but price shopped the part on line and told which one to order.
