My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Youngblood. We have always been satisfied with the care and attention we have received. His expertise combined with his compassionate approach makes us feel valued and comfortable. We never feel rushed and his staff is always so welcoming.
I scheduled as a new patient was 5 minutes late due to not being able to find location and was told by staff I needed to reschedule. The person I spoke to was VERY unprofessional! I was told a plane does not wait for a person if they are 5 minutes late. Correct me if I am wrong but most provider offices provides at least 15 minute grace. Was transferred to a line to reschedule I had to leave my info for a call back and still NO follow up received! Dr. Youngblood is a great Dr. His lady Shannon is about as rude and depraved person as i have ever spoken to. She was completely inconsiderate and had an attitude as soon as she got on the Phone, Sorry for the one star Dr. But you can do better than her. I never ever had your people treat me as she did when you were are northwest diagnostic.
Ridiculous staff poor managment.
