I don't feel Dr Woods was truly listening to my needs or concerns. He wasn't rude about it. But I didn't feel heard. I was telling my mother about my experience at the Urgent Care in Renton, and she asked "it was Dr Woods wasn't it?! Yea I felt the same way!" That is really the only reason I'm writing a review.
