We worked with Alexas Mongar! I would highly recommend her! She let me test drive the vehicle for an extended period to make sure I loved it; was great through the buying process; and fought for us when shipment delays held up getting our vehicle, which resulted into getting in our vehicle sooner then expected. She was so kind with my kids too which was so appreciated. Thanks Alexas for helping me get my dream car!
We had the opportunity to purchase vehicles from 2 different dealerships within a short period of time. Our experience at the 2nd dealership (Sparta Chevrolet) was so fantastic it truly shed light on just how awful our experience was at Todd Wenzel. Please don't go here. From start to finish you will be treated to gimmicks, hidden fees, double talk, and unprofessional attitudes. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I went to the Todd Wenzel used car dealership in Hudsonville, the sales associate who sold me my car is Kaden, he clearly does not know what he is doing and should not promise his customers things that are not even close to true. I bought a 2011 GMC Terrain, it looked to be in great condition, my mom went with me, he promised my mom that everything was checked and tested mechanically and that everything was good to go. They offered us, I specify THEY offered us an overnight EV test drive of a car. After we drove all the way from Muskegon and got there they backed out with some flimsy the excuse of a car show going on at the dealership the next day and it would be too hectic after we had drove all the way over from Muskegon! Wasted our time, our gas, didn't tell us anything about EV that we didn't already know and most of all we changed our plans to go over there for them to back out.
