The waiting area is beautiful and comfortable. They took great care of our truck. I was a little disappointed in the service writers knowledge of TSBs and recalls. Overall, it was a great experience.
Picked up my new truck on Tuesday and gotta say it went perfect. I always get anxiety about dealing with car salesman. I just don't like the high pressure approach. Rees & Dean were both laid back & great to deal with. Neither of them seemed desperate to sell me a vehicle. Highly satisfied from start to finish!
I honestly didn’t think we would be able to put this deal together. Initially the quote Suzanne was no where near my budget. However, the next day Suzanne called me and was able to get me the deal I was looking for and with a nicer spec than anticipated to boot. Suzanne was very charismatic, efficient, and provided an excellent experience. She went above and beyond making sure my new car was perfect for me and getting me a good trade in price for my previous vehicle.
