Heard from an acquaintance that TW Chevrolet and a specific service advisor were top notch and the only place they’d let touch their Corvette ZR1. Sold. Workers were attentive and helpful.
First visit here for our 1-year old Chevy Traverse. Staff was very rude to both my wife and myself. They are not only very overpriced for an oil change, but forgot the tire rotation and made my wife wait an hour to get that done after we came back in to pick it up. Customer service is just awful here and you have officially lost a customer for life.
I brought my car in for a ghosting error code (p0014). Where the code would come and go randomly. But was appearing more and more frequently. The code actually cleared itself after once I dropped off the car funny enough. The shop took a look at the car and and did checks on the camshaft sensor and the solenoid and it was determined that everything looked ok.
