Lance was very personable & easy to work with. Got us taken care of.
I brought my car in for a check engine light and other services since it was going to be in the shop. The only time I was contacted by a service member was when my car was ready for pick up. I was the one calling asking for updates. And when I called the last time for an update they already fixed the probably with out consulting me. I paid for 2 oil changes when I was only anticipating to pay for one. I was not happy leaving and maybe won't bring it back there for service, honestly.
Service manager (Nick) took the time to speak and hear about the history of my vehicle issue. Nice touch. Also, the decision not to "just swap out" the battery because the electrical issue did not make sense. Besides the 4/25 battery has a 3yr warranty on it via O' Reilly (GM OEM battery) and there was 0 volt draw after shutdown. So we developed a plan going forward.
Called and made a 10 am appointment to have my 12 day old truck looked at because of a shake in the steering wheel and pulling to the right if you let go of steering wheel. They ask me if I was dropping it off or going to wait for it. I told them I would be waiting for it. I arrived and pull the truck into your garage. Not one person acknowledged I was even there.
