Can't get anyone to call back about a vehicle they've had in for service. Didn't get a call when they needed to extend the time they needed to work on it. Tried to get a loaner, twice - both times no one ever followed up, even after leaving messages. No one returns calls when messages are left. At pick up they were extremely rude, and it wasn't an overall great experience. I understand you're busy, but a little communication goes a long way.
A family member took their vehicle here for a service and the customer service was absolutely horrible there was no help from anyone who worked here and they were very unprofessional. The price for the service was insane all I needed was a fix for my A/C and because they had to break a part in order to fix it she had to pay an additional fee for it. This place seems to be very unprofessional and it would not be recommended what so ever.
