My experience was great until my vehicle was handed back to me with a dead battery after the service technician left my lights on all night. No offer to replace it because "it's already on it's last quarter of life." While that may be true, my battery wasnt dead before I dropped my truck off nor did it have trouble turning over as it does now.

Hancess was a great sales person. She made my experience as a first time buyer really great. I would recommend her to anybody that would like to purchase a car. She is the BEST!!! I love my GMC Terrian!!!
