I recently had my truck repaired ant Todd Wenzel Collision Center after an unfortunate indigent with a deer. I purchased a 2015 cadilac one year ago and was told it had new tires and brakes. I had to buy new tires and now new brakes. I was lied to.
Every time I come to the dealership I feel like I get the VIP treatment. The customer service is always friendly and courteous. The service fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family members for new vehicles, for general service and unfortunately for collision as well. LOL. Pete at the Collision Center gave me Outstanding service on body repairs on my Buick Enclave! He worked with my insurance adjuster to ensure I received a complete and lasting repair. Pete provided a new Buick loaner until my car was complete. Renee, at the reception desk was very helpful, obtaining insurance information, providing updates and feedback! Great Experience
