I went in with a 945 appointment to get my headlights adjusted, and at 11:45 he came out to me and said your car will be put in next..are you kidding me almost 2 house of setting there and it hasn't even been looked at, when I had a appointment. I told them it is not right how they get us there to just set and have nothing done.. so I left and took my business elsewhere. Also we have 3 cars we always went there for oil change, but no more they almost Doubled the price. So we go else were for that to. I guess they don't care ... read more

I needed an oil change and at other places you have to make an appt. I went to Todd Wenzel, Dylan and Ronan were very helpful and they treated me with respect They fixed my chip on windshield and I had an oil change. I definitely will be back at this dealership. Thank you Dylan and Ronan.
Absolutely, without a doubt would recommend the service dept at Todd Wenzel to anyone!! In my case, I would ask anyone to talk with Jerry Willis in the Service Dept. My truck was at the dealership last week, when the hail storm demolished pretty much every vehicle on the lot. Without getting into all the details in regards to my truck, like I said ask for Jerry (he's a stand up, good fella) you'll be glad that you did!!
