Be aware it’s taking them two months or just to do a damn referral! Then after that they are booked on appointments out until June or later. Super frustrating!
Within 2 minutes of observation he knew I needed surgery. 🚩 Because I have congestion and post nasal drip, surgery is what I need. Not a prescription or an allergy shot. Be wary. They were really disappointed I didn't make an appointment.
I don't appreciate the way I was talked to. I understand that I need to get my teeth fixed and it can affect my health. I don't need a leture that is what he did. I am already self self-conscious about my body and everything. He went over everything but kept lecturing me about my teeth. After years of seeing another ENT and being told there wasn’t anything else he could do for me I got referred to Dr. Wannemuehler and I’m glad I did because he has changed my life for the better. Because of him I have a much better quality of life than I did before. Both him and his staff are very attentive during each visit which you don’t see a whole lot in doctors anymore.
When I called to establish care, Jen (receptionist) was so rude. Someone please take this woman a Starbucks.
