Was recommended to Dr. Genslers office back in 2018 when I think I had a mild stroke. After a complete diagnosis I'm thankful to say I didn't have a stroke. During the diagnosis some other vascular problems were discovered. Dr. Gensler did a thorough evaluation, CAT scan and some other test. His staff got the results back immediately! It took 3-4 weeks to get my ultra sound test results back upon which I was told I would be contacted to schedule surgery, It's been another 3 weeks and no contact. I called again and the receptionist doesn't have any information related to my need for surgery, she said she will call me back. Go somewhere else!!!!
