I had a 1:40 appt. I asked for hearing test. They said had to see Dr. Campbell first. Nurse Then checked my ears and said I could have hearing test. While I waited, I heard Dr. Campbell talking with friends in another office for 20 minutes. I finally opened door and asked what was going on. They gave me a hearing test. Then back to room to wait again. Now I hear Dr.Campbell across the hall with another patient who came after me. I waited until 2:45 and left. Never saw Dr. Campbell after waiting for over one hour.
I have been here a couple of other times for my nose and ears and everything went well. I noticed if I do the early registration online oppose to waiting to get to the office to fill it out everything runs much smoother and faster. This time around I came in to see Dr. Todd Campbell for my throat and the experience was impressive! He is AMAZING!!! Was amazing with our son! Staff is wonderful and he is the absolute best!
Unable to speak with anyone in the office. Call answering service used during business hours that messages the office while you hold. 30 minutes minimum to find out anything.
