I would stay far away from this trailer park. Many of the people there are VERY sketchy. I got attacked by a pitbull when I visited there once.
It sure is just like the person said in 2012. Roads are in shambles ,Trees break up everything .Beware they violate HIPPA with Jackie as manager . They discriminate , nosey and they do not care about you or your lot. They have allowed transit campers come here -Over 30 with over 1 ton commercial truck diesel .The campers now are not permanent , They weld and bang on things constant non stop night and weekends .Permanent resident lease states NO COMMERCIAL The park allows for 6 transit on top lot only.Since no one will come h... read more
I have been a living there for long 10 + years now and If my I had the chance I would leave in a heart beat. The manger Jackie and her Son Bret run the place but do a poor job of it. The Streets are in need of replacment but the just do patch jobs and when it comes to removing snow they dont do to whole street the home owners have to dig out 3 feet to the path they make from the end or the driveway.
