I found Todd on thumbtack. He called and we set up a time to look at our problem. He showed up on time. He was extremely courteous. He is SO easy to talk to. He then listen to what we had to say the problem. He spent next 45-60 minutes diagnosing the issue. I took him another 30-45 minutes to fix the problem. He the explained everything like I was a 5th grader (I do not know the first thing about plumbing). Best experience ever. Thank you, Todd. See you next time.
As a tried and true professional plumber for our household, Todd Tinsley is my plumber of choice. He does an exceptional job and his rate is very reasonable. He has put in a water softener for us as well as a reverse osmosis water purification system. Even found a leak that would have turn really bad, fixed it, going as far as repairing the ruined dry wall. We even called him to fix our heater. No sloppy job here. He just does the job right the first time.
