Arriving for the first time ever and having Norma with her red apron , escorting us from each place we were to go and then offering us water was very calming and made us feel great. Every nurse that we came in contact could not have been kinder. Music was playing and someone was singing a beautiful song followed by applause on all three floors! Dr Richey listened to me and guided me through my process and could not have been more helpful.
I thought he was a good Doctor because how he handle my first issue 18 years ago however I drove all the way to Jonesboro requesting that he do a free test that my insurance offer which is cervical cancer screening and he refused to.
