I was with them for 19 years never had a claim. Rate only went up. Only when I told them I was leaving did they want to offer a better rate but I had to change my deductible and lose some coverages. Then asked if they could call in 6 months to see if they could offer a better rate. I got all the same coverage and deductible and more for less where I went. You would figure if you had someone dedicated for a long period of time who never had an issue you would offer the lowest possible rate possible to keep them but I guess th... read more
