My family saw previous dentist for years from which she inherited this practice. We were not given the courtesy of being properly informed at our visits that we were out of network. We each received a large bill. When we asked why we were not made aware we were told an email was sent. Provide the courtesy of giving a patient who is out of network a document to sign in office as seen elsewhere in the medical field.
Dr. Iachini is by far the most professional and knowledgeable dentist I’ve encountered. She is kind, caring, and has gone above and beyond to help me. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, making it easy to understand the issue at hand.
Dr. Iachini is great! She is down to earth and has a wonderful bedside manner. She doesn’t make you feel bad or embarrassed about your teeth and dental issues, and she makes sure you’re comfortable and not in any pain during procedures. Sam, the hygienist I see is great too, and I no longer dread having my teeth cleaned! I can’t recommend this practice enough.
My son and I love the gentle, caring staff and the amazing service they provide.
Dr Lachini addressed all my concerns, and helped me on an emergency basis when I broke my tooth. Thank you for your help and to your commitment to the community.
