First appointment and totally unimpressed. First they didn’t actually tell me how to find their office had to drive around for 45 minutes they just needed to explain where they were located. GPS took me to the hospital not the office! Second I waited over an hour to be seen. Then I felt very rushed by the doctor and my follow up is with a nurse- I am not feeling good about that either.
Amazing service! Dr. Simon was friendly and took his time with explanations. Reminded me of old school doctors that took their time with their patients and not treated like a number. Highly recommend Dr. Simon.
One of the only doctors I know that really sits and listens
Dr. Simon‘s office is a pleasure. First they made it easy for me to get an appointment and we’re extremely pleasant on the phone. His office is very nice as well, I only waited about five minutes comma he took his time took his time and was a good communicator. I would definitely recommend Dr. Simon if you find you have G.I. issues.
