Todd was the best lender I have ever worked with or spoken to. He ans and his team were communicative throughout the whole process, he was creative in options to get me to the finish line and was dependable above all else. I can't give him enough credit, he was incredible to work with.
Todd and his team have been so great throughout the home buying process. We have done multiple transactions with him and he is so quick to respond and get things done. His team is very organized and all of them are willing to answer any questions you have. Todd is very knowledgeable and we have really appreciated his expertise through this whole process!
There was a disclosure that needed to be signed and had a 7 day waiting period. We were not told this until 3 days prior to our closing. Extremely poor communication, caused us to miss our close date. This resulted in me having to call and change all of my existing appointments and plans for the move. First and last time I will be using Movement.
