I wish I could give zero stars but the lowest I could give was a one. Some time ago, my mother saw Dr. Martin with muscle weakness, vertigo, migraines, extreme pain and fatigue. Upon her first visit, she wrote down all symptoms and pertinent medical history including family history in order to facilitate a beneficial visit.
