Took time to get a referral from my PCP to get a consultation. Paid $7 to fax it over because they weren’t able to receive emailed versions of them. Called three times to make sure that the referral had been received. Waited over a month for an appointment. Cleared my schedule for the appointment. Paid $50 for my co-payment.
