Horrific experience with this team! First, let’s start with how horrible Dr staffords secretary was! I believe Ashley was her name. She was extreme rude! Not one ounce of compassion. I really think she enjoys being rude. She Treated me like dirt and I still don’t under why. I would love to hear why! Let’s move to the surgical team. Basically they didn’t return my call after hours and then later the week they also canceled my post op appointment 45 mins before my appointment while I was in the parking lot of the office! Took time to get a referral from my PCP to get a consultation. Paid $7 to fax it over because they weren’t able to receive emailed versions of them. Called three times to make sure that the referral had been received. Waited over a month for an appointment. Cleared my schedule for the appointment. Paid $50 for my co-payment. In the exam room, I was told that my blood pressure was high. Waited in the exam room for over an hour for the doctor. I’m pretty sure my blood pressure is much higher now.
