A bit cocky, thinks highly of his profession. Appointment went well I thought until what became the end when he took a cell phone call and an abrupt ending for me.
Don't listen to the reviews that give this top notch surgeon less than 5 stars. He's just confident of his work just as any master in their field would be.
Absolutely fantastic. He is kind, caring, compassionate and highly skilled in his craft. We are fortunate to have Dr. Shanks as our surgeon. His skilled hands has given my wife new life. We thank God for him and may God bless him in all that he does. We highly recommend him without reservation.
