First of all, when measuring for install of front gate they didn’t account for the front walkway going into the backyard at the the gate entrance of being sloped more on one side. When they were installing the side vinyl fencing that divided our property from the neighbors, they helped themselves to one of my bags of rocks to fill in certain gaps under the fence without asking.
