I reserved a U-Haul, and the day I was supposed to pick it up they were not there and no one answered. I can hear them in the garage but no one will answer
Great customer service, no BS, honest, and great prices! I recommend this place to everyone for car repairs, inspections, etc!
Got a U-Haul from there a few weeks ago and paid my bill and everything. Then weeks after the fact they took almost $600 out of my account for 300 some odd miles that I didn't drive. I rented the truck for five hours, drove 22 miles, and dropped it off early exactly how I got it. Now my bank account is negative and I have no way to get my money back for the foreseeable future. This place is a joke and if they can't even handle signing rental trucks in and out I can't imagine letting them touch my car.
Picked up a U-Haul truck from here. Got basically a new truck that was well maintained and good shape - Was helpful in driving from NY to SC during Storm Debbie. Good friendly staff as well.
