Got a U-Haul from there a few weeks ago and paid my bill and everything. Then weeks after the fact they took almost $600 out of my account for 300 some odd miles that I didn't drive. I rented the truck for five hours, drove 22 miles, and dropped it off early exactly how I got it. Now my bank account is negative and I have no way to get my money back for the foreseeable future. This place is a joke and if they can't even handle signing rental trucks in and out I can't imagine letting them touch my car.
Picked up a U-Haul truck from here. Got basically a new truck that was well maintained and good shape - Was helpful in driving from NY to SC during Storm Debbie. Good friendly staff as well.
I've been bringing my vehicles here for years. Probably the most honest people I've ever done business with. It's a very busy shop, so they don't need to upsell.
